Bangus In Soy Pepper Sauce

Ingredients

1-410g pack Sarangani Bay Bangus Belly(Cut into 4 slices) 1/4 cup Soy sauce

1/4 cup Sake

2 tbsp Brown sugar

1 tsp Fresh ground black pepper

2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

3 tbsp Cooking oil

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Procedure

Combine all ingredients from soy sauce to Worcestershire sauce and simmer to reduce.

Season bangus belly with oil, salt and pepper.

Pan fry fish until cooked.

Drizzle sauce over the fish.
