Sizzling Bangus Gambas Style

Ingredients

1 420g Sarangani Bay Prime Bangus Belly, cut into chunks
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tsp chili pepper flakes
2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup pepper
Chopped parsley and lemon zest for garnish

 Procedure

1. Boil 4 cups of water with salt in a pot. Blanch bangus belly for 2 minutes then drain well.
2. Heat olive oil and butter in a pan. Saute garlic, chili pepper flakes, and paprika.
3. Add bangus belly and cook for 1 to 2 minutes
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Heat sizzling plate. Place cooked bangus chunks.
6. Serve immediately.
