Fish are already gutted, gilled and cut into traditional serving slices for a true Filipino favourite: Sinigang and Paksiw. Available with scales intact or descaled.
LOAF KIT
Our Do–it–Yourself kit for when you want to create your own special stuffed milkfish recipe. All the fish meat in one whole bangus is gently pounded then carefully scraped away from the skin, leaving it intact all around. The fish can be stuffed through the mouth cavity, without messy sewing up of the skin.
