Garlic Alfredo Pasta With Smoked Bangus

Ingredients

1-420g pack Sarangani Bay Smoked Bangus (skin removed & flaked)

1/4 cup butter

4 cloves sliced garlic

250g Fettuccini, cooked as package directions

200g Asparagus spears, blanched

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp nutmeg

Procedure

Melt butter in a pan. Lightly cook garlic and immediately add smoked fish.

Over low heat add cream and bring to a slow boil and simmer until thick.

Add fettuccini, broth and asparagus.

Add parmesan cheese.

Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Serve immediately with extra parmesan cheese.
