Spicy Bangus with Kesong Puti Salsa

Ingredients

1 pack Sarangani Bay Baby Bangus Spicy
½ cup cooking oil

Salsa
1 cup chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp chopped red onion
½ cup crumbled Kesong Puti
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp chopped wansoy
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper

 Procedure

1. To make the salsa, mix tomatoes, onion, kesong puti, olive oil, vinegar, wansoy, salt, and pepper together in a clean bowl. Set aside.
2. Heat cooking oil in a pan. Deep fry baby bangus in hot oil. Drain.
3. Serve hot with salsa on the side.
