Green Mango Medley

Ingredients

1 kilo SARANGANI BAY Deboned Milkfish (Bangus), cut into bite sizes

1 pc green mango, sliced or chopped

1 pc red egg, sliced into wedges

1 pc. medium onion, sliced

1 head lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces

Dressing:

1/2 cup vinegar

1/2 tsp salt

Procedure

Season milkfish (bangus) with salt and pepper, pan fry till done, let cool then flake.

Toss with green mango, red egg, onions and lettuce.

Drench dressing all over.

Procedure for Dressing:

Whisk all ingredients in a bowl and chill.
