But our love for green mango doesn’t have to stop there. Sure, green mangoes should always come with bagoong, but mixing it with seafood like bangus to make a salad won’t hurt either.

Green Mango Medley


1 kilo SARANGANI BAY Deboned Milkfish (Bangus), cut into bite sizes

1 pc green mango, sliced or chopped

1 pc red egg, sliced into wedges

1 pc. medium onion, sliced

1 head lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces


1/2 cup vinegar

1/2 tsp salt


Season milkfish (bangus) with salt and pepper, pan fry till done, let cool then flake.

Toss with green mango, red egg, onions and lettuce.

Drench dressing all over.

Procedure for Dressing:

Whisk all ingredients in a bowl and chill.
