Ingredients

250g Sarangani Bay Bangus Back Fillet(Skin remove and minced)

2 tbsp Cooking oil

2 tsp Garlic (Minced)

1/4 cup White onions (Chopped)

1 tsp Ginger powder

2 tsp Calamansi juice

1/4 cup Red bell pepper (Chopped)

1 cup Tomato sauce

2 tbsp sugar

1/4 cup Green peas

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1/4 cup raisins

4 saba banana (Halved and fried)

4 eggs (Fried sunny-side up)

4 cups cooked rice

Procedure

Saute in oil garlic, onions, red bell pepper and bangus meat.

Add ginger powder, calamansi juice and tomato sauce. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add sugar, salt and pepper.

Lastly add green peas and raisins.

Arrange in 4 plates rice, bangus , fried bananas and fried eggs.
