Smoked Barbecue Milkfish

Ingredients

1 large Sarangani Bay Smoked Milkfish

2 tablespoons corn oil

1/2 cup Hickory Smoked Barbeque Sauce (store-bought)

 Procedure

1. Brush skin of Smoked Milkfish with oil. Split fish open and brush with barbeque sauce. Grill, bake, or sear fish.

2. Serve with buttered corn, baked beans, coleslaw, and mac and cheese on the side.
