Ingredients
1 cup SARANGANI BAY Smoked Boneless Bangus, flaked
5 tbsp Peanut oil, olive oil or corn oil
3 pcs eggs, well beaten
1 ½ tsp salt
½ cup black mushroom, chopped or julienned
½ cup green bell pepper, chopped or julienned
½ cup onion, chopped or sliced
¼ cup canned pimiento
2 tsp seasoning powder or 2 bouillon cubes
3 tsp light soy sauce
2 tsp heavy soy sauce
½ tsp pepper
8 cups cooked rice, cold
¼ cup fresh scallions, chopped finely
Procedure
SARANGANI BAY Smoked Boneless Bangus is perfectly smoked so it’s ready to use.
Prepare it for cooking by thawing under refrigeration.
Put oil in hot skillet, add eggs, salt, scramble and cook until firm.
Add flaked milkfish, mushrooms, green pepper, onion, and pimientos.
Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add seasoning powder, soy sauces and pepper, then mix well.
