Crispy Smoked Fish Sunriser
Ingredients
1-420g Sarangani Bay Smoked Deboned Bangus, skin removed & flakes
¼ cup cooking oil
4 ggs, beaten
1 cup grated cheese
2 medium tomatoes sliced
¼ cup mayonnaise
6 large pandesal
¼ cup spring onion, chopped
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
Procedure
- Heat 2 tbsp of cooking and fry smoked bangus flakes until scrip. Set aside. Using the same pan, heat the remaining cooking oil and cook the beaten eggs. Add salt and pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Split pandesal in halves and toast lightly in an oven toaster. Spread a teaspoon of mayonnaise onto each half of the bread. Fill with smoked bangus, scrambled egg, cheese and top with spring onion. Serve warm.
