Kick off your date night with Smoked Fish Sarciado

Smoked Fish Sarciado

Ingredients

1 pack Sarangani Bay Smoked Deboned Milkfish, skin removed

1 420g Sarangani Bay Smoked Deboned Milkfish
½ cup cooking oil
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
½ cup sliced onion
1 cup sliced tomatoes
½ cup water
3 medium eggs, beaten
Salt and pepper to taste

 Procedure

1. Heat ½ cup of cooking oil in a frying pan. Lightly fry smoked bangus. Cool. Remove skin of fish and flake into large chunks. Set aside.

2. In another pan, heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil. Saute onions, garlic and tomatoes. Add water and allow to come to a slow boil.

3. Stir in beaten eggs and lower the heat. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

4. Season with salt and pepper.
