Seared Sarangani Ala Pobre

Ingredients

3 pcs SARANGANI BAY Deboned Prime Milkfish (Bangus)

salt and pepper for seasoning

Worcestershire Sauce (optional)

25 gms chopped garlic (about 10 cloves)

30 gms . olive oil

Procedure

Season the bellies with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

Grill the seasoned bangus bellies skin side first, until cooked.

Saute chopped garlic in hot oil until golden brown.

Lay the grilled bellies on a plate and top with sauted garlic.

Optional:

Serve with pandan rice (rice cooked with pandan leaves) and atchara.
