This delicious and nutritious variant of the famous Filipino lumpia is easy to prepare! You can make these beforehand and keep it in the freezer. When you’re ready to get cooking, just whip them out of the freezer and deep fry.
This is best served with sweet chili sauce. Enjoy your picnic!
Ingredients
2 cups SARANGANI BAY Smoked Deboned Milkfish, flaked 2 tsp oil
1 clove garlic
1 pc small onion, finely chopped
1 pc tomato, chopped
¼ cup raisins
2 tbsp green peas (optional)
24 pcs spring roll (lumpia) wrapper
Procedure
Sarangani Bay Smoked Deboned Bangus is already cooked and frozen.
Prepare for use by thawing under refrigeration.
Heat oil, sauté garlic, onion and tomatoes until soft.
Add fish raisins and peas.
Season to taste, cool.
Wrap in spring roll (lumpia) wrapper and deep-fry.
