Bacon Cheese Wrapped Bangus Munchies

Ingredients

500g Sarangani Bay Milkfish fillet, skin removed

1 tsp salt

¼ tsp of pepper

8 bacon rashers, cut into 2

100g cheddar cheese, cut into cubes

¼ cup of cooking oil

 

Sauce

1 tbsp minced garlic

¼ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup sour cream

½ tsp salt

½ tsp cayenne pepper

Procedure

1. Cut milkfish fillet into chunks. Season with salt and pepper. Plant a cube of cheese into each piece of fish chunk. Wrap each chunk with bacon. Secure with a toothpick.

2. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan. Fry each fish piece until crisp. Drain in paper towels. Set aside.

3. In a bowl, mix garlic, mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix until well blended. Drizzle sauce over the fish.

4. Top with chopped spring onions. Serve.
