Smoked Fish Salad with Dill Dressing


1 large Sarangani Bay Smoked Milkfish, skin peeled and flaked
4 cups assorted lettuces (mesclun mix)
1 cup canned mandarin oranges segment, drained
1 large yellow pepper, sliced
1 medium cucumber, sliced thinly
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 cups baby arugula
1/2 cup almond flakes, toasted

1 cup natural yogurt
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp lemon zest


1. Place salad ingredients in a large bowl. Gently toss. Top with toasted flake almonds
2. Serve cold with dressing
3. To prepare dressing. Mix all dressing ingredients together and store in chiller before serving.
