This Herbed Baked Bangus Is Definitely Food Goals

Herbed Baked Bangus Belly
Ingredients
1-420g pack Sarangani Bangus Belly
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup Quick melting cheese (grated)
1/2 cup Spring onions (chopped)
1/4 cup White onion (chopped)
1 tbsp garlic (minced)
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Dried oregano
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
Procedure
Pat dry bangus belly. Place in an oven proof dish. Set aside.
In a clean bowl, mix all together mayonnaise cheese, spring onions, white onion, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper. Blend well.
Divide mixture into 2. Spread mixture over the 2 bangus belly.
Top with paprika, parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 F for 30 mins or until top is golden.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve hot.
