Bangus in Gravy Sauce Style
Ingredients
1 420g Sarangani Bay Deboned Marinated Milkfish, skin removed
1 420g Sarangani Bay Deboned Marinated Milkfish
½ cup cooking oil
Gravy:
¼ cup butter
¼ cup onion
¼ cup mushroom, button
¼ cup flour
2 cups broth (dissolve 1 chicken cube in 2 cups warm water)
Procedure
1. Heat cooking oil in a pan. Fry milkfish on both sides. Place in a platter. Set aside.
2. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add onion and mushroom. Add flour, stir well until bubbly. Pour in broth slowly. Cook until thick.
3. Pour over fried fish.
