Sardines and Egg Pandesal

Ingredients 1 215g bottle Sarangani Bay Milkfish in Oil, Regular 2 tsp calamansi juice 1 tbsp. soy sauce 4 eggs, beaten 1/2 tsp salt 3 tbsp cooking oil 6 pcs medium-sized pandesal

Procedure 1. Split bangus sardines in half. 2. Mix together calamansi juice and soy sauce. Pour into sardines. 3. Cook egg in oil. Set aside. 4. Lightly toast pandesal. Split in half. 5. Fill pandesal with scrambled egg and sardines. 6. Serve warm.
