Treat Your Friends Right with These Spicy Bangus Pizzettes

Spicy Bangus Pizzettes

Ingredients

 1-312 g Sarangani Bay Bottled Milk fish in oil, Spicy, bones removed and flaked

200 g grated mozzarella cheese or quick melting cheese

½ cup chopped green bell pepper

3 whole chopped tomatoes

1 tbsp oregano flakes

¼ cup chili sauce (optional)

24 molo wrappers

2 cups cooking oil

Procedure

In a pan, heat cooking oil. Heat cooking oil. Fry each molo wrapper to a crisp brown and lay fried molo on a tray. Top each with spicy milk fish, cheese, green bell pepper, tomatoes and oregano flakes.

Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 F for 2 minutes until cheese melts. Drizzle with chili sauce before serving. Serve hot.
