Slack Off With Pork and Beef With This New Found Bangus Menudo Style Recipe

Slack off with pork, and beef with this new found Bangus Menudo Style recipe that could keep those rolls intact!

Bangus Menudo Style

Ingredients

1 kilo Sarangani Bay Milkfish Fillet

(skin removed & minced)

2 tbsp calamansi juice

1 tbsp soy sauce

¼ cup cooking oil

1 medium onion, diced

2 tbsp garlic, minced

2 medium red bell pepper, diced

1 medium carrot, peeled and diced

2 medium potatoes, peeded and diced

1 cup tomato sauce

½ cup water

1 small can liver spread

1 tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

Procedure

In a clean bowl, marinate bangus in calamansi juice and soy sauce. Set aside.

In a sauté pan, heat cooking oil. Saute onions, garlic, red bell pepper. Add carrots and potatoes. Add bangus and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce and water. Allow to cook over medium heat for 10 minutes until potatoes and carrots are tender. Lastly add the liver spread and stir in to the sauce. Season with salt and pepper Remove from heat. Serve.
