Bangus With Tofu

Ingredients

1-320g Sarangani Bay Prime Bangus Unseasoned

1/2 cup Cooking oil

1 tsp Ginger (minced)

2 tsp garlic (minced)

1 medium White onion (sliced)

2 tbsp Black beans (rinsed)

1 cup Tofu (cubed and fried)

2 tbsp Soy sauce

1 tbsp Sugar

2 tbsp Cornstarch

1 cup Water

1 small Red bell pepper (sliced)

1 stalk Coriander leaves (garnish)

Procedure

Pan fry bangus in cooking oil until brown. Place in a platter . Set aside

In another pan sauté in 2 tbsp of oil ginger, garlic and onions. Cook until soft.

Add Black beans and tofu.

Mix together soy sauce,sugar and cornstarch. Dissolve in water.

Add into the tofu. Add red bell pepper. Cook until thick.

Pour sauce over fried bangus.

Sprinkle with coriander leaves.

Serve hot.
