Bangus Tapa Flakes Style

Ingredients

1 420g Sarangani Bay Smoked Deboned Milkfish, skin removed

1-420 g Sarangani Bay Smoked Deboned Milkfish
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp soy sauce
¼ cup minced garlic
1 cup cooking oil

 Procedure

1. Remove skin of milkfish and flake the meat using a fork or spoon.
2. Mix together sugar, black pepper, soy sauce and garlic. Pour over flaked fish and marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Heat cooking oil in a pan. Fry fish over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until brown.
4. Serve with rice and egg.
