Sarangani Sisig Sizzler
Always present in every drinking sesh? Yup! You can definitely expect sisig to be the life of the party. This sizzling dish paired with beer is the perfect combination. You can never go wrong with serving this in any occasion. It tastes amazing with rice, too.
What could possibly make this dish even better, you ask? Bangus, of course! Whip up a sizzling serving of sisig with Sarangani Bay Boneless Bangus and get ready for a night of delicious feasting with your friends. To add some crunch to the dish, mix in some tofu crispies.

Ingredients
1 pack SARANGANI BAY Boneless Milkfish Fillet (Approx. 500g) , skinned and finely chopped
6 pcs tokwa or tofu, cut into small cubes
2 pcs Medium onions, coarsely chopped
4 pcs Garlic, finely chopped
5 tbsps Oyster sauce
1 pc each red & green bell peppers cut into small cubes
2 pcs finger chili, finely chopped
2 stalks spring onions
1 pc egg, optional
pepper to taste
Procedure
In a pan, fry the tokwa or tofu until golden brown. Set aside.
In the same pan, sauté the onion and garlic. Add chopped bangus.
Sauté until half cooked, then add the oyster sauce, green & red peppers and chili.
Cook until done. Put back tofu cubes. Garnish with extra bell pepper, onion & spring onion.
Serve in a hot plate & top with fresh egg if desired.
